Library Subsection
Library Subsection

1.The library was established in 1951 for the purpose of housing scientific and technical documents on electric energy, chemical materials and related disciplines, and assisting colleagues to obtain information resources for research and experimentation. 

2.The library collection consists of more than 30,000 items, including nearly 10,000 reports of EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute of the United States of America) and CRIEPI (Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry of Japan), and the collection of the Company's annual special research reports, commissioned and cooperative research reports, power plant accident reports, and other publications. It also provides current database resources every year, paper and electronic journals in Chinese and western languages, professional books in various fields, standard documents, e-books, conference papers, technical reports and other reference resources. 

3.In response to the development of the information age and for data access convenience of colleagues, the library function has also been changed from "collection" to "access," and the "electrical power literature database" has been established for literature inquiry and browsing. The collection and preservation of books has also been shifted toward the establishment of digital resources and a resource integration platform for the goal of improving information services.
