PERMANENT EXHIBITIONS
FLOATING MIST
Located in the D/S ONE GALLERY, this large-scale suspension device uses coal ash, a white porcelain byproduct of the coal-fired power generation process, to form a model of electromagnetic data transmission by converting information into surface ripples. These ripples coalesce into a giant monument to electromagnetism while showing the liquidity and organic nature of energy.
